Welcome to VEOGENT STUDIO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VEOGENT STUDIO and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent.

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

VEOGENT STUDIO utilizes AI technology to generate content. You understand that AI-generated content may not be perfect and may require human review or editing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using it for your purposes.

Some features of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. ${t('app.brand')} offers various subscription plans including FREE, STANDARD, PRO, and SUPER tiers, each with different feature sets and credit allocations. The FREE plan provides basic access with limited features. Paid plans (STANDARD, PRO, SUPER) offer progressively enhanced capabilities and increased credit allowances. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with appropriate notice. Current pricing and features are always available on our pricing page. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the features, limitations, and cost associated with that specific plan.

VEOGENT STUDIO provides refunds in cases where customers have made payments in error or contrary to our payment instructions. To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request within 14 days of the incorrect payment, including proof of payment and a detailed explanation. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or appear fraudulent.

All payments made successfully for subscriptions or add-on credits are processed automatically and are non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital services that are delivered immediately upon confirmation of your payment. Subscription payments are recurring according to your selected plan (monthly/yearly) and will continue until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period. Add-on credit purchases are final once processed and credits are added to your account. We reserve the right to modify our payment policies with appropriate notice to our users.

VEOGENT STUDIO operates on a credit-based system for content generation services. Credits are consumed when you perform specific actions including: creating projects, creating chapters, generating chapter content, generating scene images, generating scene videos, and merging scene videos. Each action consumes a predetermined number of credits based on complexity and computational resources required. You can view the current credit cost for each action within the application interface before confirming the action. Credit balances are updated in real-time and cannot be refunded once consumed. It is your responsibility to monitor your credit usage. We reserve the right to modify the credit consumption rates with prior notice to users. Insufficient credits will prevent you from performing credit-consuming actions until you add more credits to your account.

Our service relies on various third-party services and APIs to deliver functionality including but not limited to Google Cloud Storage, Gemini, Imagen, Nano-Banana, Google Lab Flow, Vertex AI, Compute Engine, Firebase, Paypal, Sepay (local Vietnam payment gateway), Ocean Digital, Cloudflare, and others. While we strive to maintain high availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to these third-party services. We are not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or changes in third-party services that may affect our platform. In the event that a third-party provider modifies, suspends, or discontinues their services, we will make reasonable efforts to find alternative solutions, but we cannot guarantee identical functionality or performance. By using our service, you acknowledge these dependencies and accept that service quality may be impacted by factors outside our control.

Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
